Savannah-Chatham police investigating shooting of 18-year-old

Savannah-Chatham police’s Violent Crimes detectives are investigating a shooting incident after a man arrived at the hospital with a gunshot wound on Monday.

Officers responded to Memorial University Medical Center around 6:15 p.m. where an 18-year-old man was being treated for a non-life-threatening wound, police spokeswoman Bianca Johnson said.

Ellis was uncooperative with detectives.
