Charles Daniel “Danny” Carter
PEMBROKE - Charles Daniel “Danny” Carter, age 64 passed away June 14 after an extended illness.
Mr. Carter was a former resident of both Richmond Hill and Vidalia before moving to Pembroke over 12 years ago. He retired as a mechanic for Wal-Mart Auto Service Center and had worked for Great Dane Trailers for several years before. Mr. Carter was a long-time member of Beulah Baptist Church, enjoyed gospel music and loved woodworking. 
Survivors include his sisters and a brother-in-law, Judy and Al Strickland of Pembroke, Hilda Beasley of Ellabell, Betty Boucell of Griffin, Helen Colson of Darien and Patricia Butler of Darien; one brother, Gerald Butler of LA and two special nephews, Shawn White and Kenneth White, both of Ellabell. 
Visitation will be Saturday 10 a.m. until the time of service.   
Graveside service will be 11. a.m. June 18, 2016 at Beulah Cemetery with the Rev. Shawn White officiating.

RICHMOND HILL - Ms. Betty Clark age 78, departed this life June 8. 
Visitation: 1-6 p.m.  June 17, 2016 at the orchester Funeral Home Funeral Home. Funeral: 2 p.m. Saturday at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 200 Daniel Siding Loop Road, Richmond Hill. Interment: Woodville Cemetery.
